RSVP Management – it could not be easier!

The E-Invites RSVP Manager makes managing and tracking the RSVPs of your guests much easier. Your RSVP Manager will be loaded with a copy of your guest list and stored on our server in a unique directory assigned to your event.  You will receive a username and password enabling you to login to the backend of the system.  Here you will be able to add, remove, associate guests with one another and export a CSV version (spreadsheet) of the guest list.

You will also receive an additional link where a “real time” basic version of your guest list will be available for viewing via any online device without logging in to the backend.  This version will be updated as your guests submit their RSVPs.

When your guests click the RSVP button on the email, web version or WhatsApp version of your E-Invite they will be taken to a basic RSVP form (“Yes, will be attending” and “No, won’t be attending”) where custom questions (e.g. dietary requirements song choices, etc.) may be added.

Guests can be associated with each other, so if they are marked as associated, they will be able to RSVP on behalf of each other.

Guests have the option to download an ICS calendar file directly to their digital calendar once they have submitted their RSVP – no missing of important events!

Once the guest submits the RSVP you will receive an email notification containing all the RSVP details and the guest will receive a confirmation email that the RSVP has been received.  These details will then immediately be added to your RSVP manager’s database.

The perfect solution for guests who do not have access to an email address.  WhatsApp invitations are available as a standalone service or you can opt to include a WhatsApp version with your main invitation.

We will provide you with a WhatsApp version which you can distribute directly from your phone to your contacts with all the same great features as our original E-invites.
